Abstract
Bu makalenin amacı, örgüt kültürünün örgütsel bağlılık üzerindeki etkisini hastanelerde araştırmaktır. Makaledeki araştırmada veriler kolayda örneklem yöntemiyle elde edilmiştir. Araştırmanın anket formu Kocaeli’ndeki ikisi devlet, biri özel olmak üzere 3 hastanede görev yapan 350 doktora, hemşireye, sağlık personeline ve idari personele verilmiş, 334 anket formu geri toplanarak analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma verilerine frekans dağılımı ve güvenilirlik analizleri, ortalama ve standart sapma analizleri, korelasyon analizi ve çoklu regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada örgüt kültürünün örgütsel bağlılığı etkilediği bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın gelecekte bu alanda yapılacak araştırmalara kaynak olarak katkıda bulunacağı beklenmektedir.
The goal of this paper is to analyze the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment in hospitals. The data of the research was gathered via convenience sampling. The questionnaire of the research was given to 350 doctors, nurses, health care personnel and administrative personnel in 3 hospitals in Kocaeli; 334 questionnaires were collected and analyzed. Frequency distribution analyses, reliability analyses, mean and standard deviation analyses, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted to the data. It was found that organizational culture affected organizational commitment positively. The findings of the research are expected to make contributions to the following researches in this field.
