dc.description.abstractGünümüzde işletmeler gelişen teknolojiye, artan rekabete uyum sağlamak ve müşteri memnuniyetini maksimize edebilmek için yeni yöntemler arayışındadırlar. Bu kapsamdaki etkili yöntemlerden biri, Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi (KFG) yöntemidir. KFG yöntemi yeni ürün-hizmet tasarımı, ürün geliştirme, süreç yönetimi ve mühendislik çalışmalarında kullanılabilen, müşteri ihtiyaç ve taleplerini temel alan bir metodolojidir. Müşterinin deneyim ve kanaatleri de göz önünde bulundurulduğunda, Kalite Fonksiyon Göçerimi şirketlerin müşteri memnuniyeti arayışında müşterinin sesine kulak verip, belirsizlikleri netleştirerek daha çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada yapı sektöründe gölgelendirme sistemleri/dış yaşam alanları çözümleri sunan öncü bir firmanın ürün geliştirme/süreç iyileştirme aşamalarında kalite fonksiyon göçerimi tekniğinin kullanılabilirliği değerlendirilmiş olup tasarım, planlama, üretim, teslimat ve geri bildirim sürecindeki iyileştirmeler ele alınmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractNowadays, businesses are looking for new methods to adapt to developing technology, increasing competition and to maximize customer satisfaction. One of the most effective methods is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). QFD is a methodology based on customer needs and demands which can be used in engineering studies that provide new product design, new services, existing product development and process management. When the experience and opinion of the cusromer are also taken into consideration, Quality Function Deployment provides a more solution-oriented approach by listening to the voice of the customer and clarifying the uncertainties in the search of the companies. In this paper, the usability of quality function deployment technique in product development/process improvement stages of a leading company providing shading systems/outdoor living solutions in the construction sector was evaluated and improvements in design, planning, production, delivery, and feedback process were discussed.en_US
