dc.description.abstractGirişimci ruhlu takımlar pazara ulaşım süresinin kısaltılması ve verimlilik açısından hızla değişen koşullarda tercih edilmektedir. Bu değişim sebebiyle şirketler, değişen bu pazara hakim olabilmek için kendilerini yeni yönetim yaklaşımlarına hızla adapte etmektedirler. Çevik yönetim hakkındaki bu çalışma, birçok yönetim yaklaşımının birleştirilmesinden meydana gelmektedir. Bu yaklaşımın oluşturulmasında, OECD ülkelerinin milli gelirinden Ar-ge harcamalarına ne kadar pay ayrıldığı, bilgi teknolojileri alanında ne kadar patent aldıkları, patentlerin dış ticaretteki payları göz önüne alınmıştır. Bu çalışmada, bilgi ve iletişim teknolojileri takımların performansları AHP-Promethee yöntemleri kullanılarak ölçülmüştür. Bununla birlikte, performans ölçümü için gerekli kriter ve alt kriterlerinin neler olması gerektiği de ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışma sonucunda araştırma ve geliştirmeye yapılan harcamaların performansa ve ihracata etkisi incelenmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractTeams with entrepreneurial spirit are preferred in rapidly changing conditions in terms of shortening the time to reach the market and productivity. Due to this change, companies quickly adapt themselves to new management approaches in order to dominate this changing market. This study on agile management consists of combining many management approaches. In establishing this approach, the share of OECD countries' national income for R&D expenditures, how many patents they received in the field of information technologies, and the share of patents in foreign trade were taken into consideration. In this study, the performances of information and communication technology teams were measured using AHP-Promethee methods. In addition, what should be the criteria and sub-criteria for performance measurement were also revealed. As a result of the study, the effect of research and development expenditures on performance and exports was examined.en_US
