dc.description.abstractAmaç: Bu araştırma, eğitim sistemi ve gayri safi milli hasıla üzerinden eğitime yapılan harcamaların, orta ve üst düzey kadın yönetici istihdamı üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığını açıklamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Çalışma nicel bir araştırma olarak tasarlanmış olup bir ülkenin zorunlu eğitim süresi, eğitime yaptığı harcama ve okullaşma oranı kullanılarak, orta ve üst düzey kadın yönetici istihdamı üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amacıyla, IBM SPSS İstatistik programının 24. versiyonu kullanılarak, çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Yapılan testlerle çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizinin tüm varsayımları sağlanmış ve anlamlı bir model ortaya konulmuştur. Gayri safi milli hasıladan eğitime yapılan harcama oranı ile okula gitmeyen öğrenci oranının, kadın yönetici istihdamı üzerinde anlamı bir etkiye sahip olduğu; zorunlu eğitim süresinin ise tek başına kadın yönetici istihdamında anlamlı etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür. Ancak bu değişken, modelden çıkarıldığında bağımsız değişkenlerin bağımlı değişkeni açıklama oranları ile karşılaştırma oranlarında düşüş gözlemlenmiştir. Özgünlük: Literatür incelendiğinde eğitim ve eğitim harcamaları ile istihdam konusu üzerinde sıklıkla çalışmalar yapıldığı görülmüş, ancak bu unsurların kadın yönetici istihdamıyla ele alındığı bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu nedenle, araştırma bulgularının özellikle kadın istihdamı konusuna anlamlı bir katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAbstract Purpose: This research was carried out to explain whether the education system and the education expenditures made from the gross national product have an effect on the female share of employment in senior and middle management. Method: The research was designed as a quantitative study and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using IBM SPSS Istatistic version 24 to determine the effect of compulsory education duration, expenditures on education, and the rate of out of school students on middle and senior female employment. Findings: With the tests, it was seen that all the assumptions of the multiple regression analysis were met and a meaningful model was created. The ratio of expenditure on education from gross national product and the rate of out-of-school students have a significant effect on female manager employment; On the other hand, it has been observed that the compulsory education period alone does not have a significant effect on the employment of female managers. However, when this variable was removed from the model, a decrease was observed in the ratios of independent variables explaining the dependent variable and in the comparison ratios. Originality: When the literature is examined, it is seen that there are frequent studies on education and training expenditures and employment, but there is no study in which these factors are discussed with the employment of female managers. For this reason, it is thought that the research findings will make a significant contribution to the issue of women's employment.en_US
