Özet
Satış bedelini ödeme borcu alıcının asli edimidir. Alıcının satış bedelini ödemesi, nakit, kredi kartı veya banka havalesi ile ödeme şeklinde olabileceği gibi, taraflar arasında kabul edilecek başka yöntemler de uygulanabilir. İnternet üzerinden elektronik ticaretin gelişmesine ve yaygınlaşmasına paralel olarak, yeni ödeme şekilleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Çalışmada elektronik paranın yanında, diğer elektronik ödeme sistemleri ve hukuki nitelikleri incelenecektir.
The paying of sales fee is a prominent and fundamental obligation of the buyer. The paying of sales fee by the buyer may appear either in the form of cash payment, payment by credit card, bank remittance, or by the other methods may be agreed upon by the contracting parties. There are new payment methods have emerged in parallel with the developing and spreading of electronic commerce via internet. In this essay, electronic money and other electronic payment methods with their legal aspects will be examined broadly.
