dc.description.abstractIn this study, firstly, talent management was considered from a conceptual point of view, and secondly, stages of the development process and the basic elements of the reintegration system as human training application in the management of the Ottoman Empire were determined. Methodologically, using a conceptual content analysis, the similarities and differences of applications in various years and in different regions have been examined to see if a systematic structure has been developed. Then, this information has been systematically modeled as a reintegration system. Finally, the regarding model has been evaluated from modern enterprises' the point of view in terms of talent management. The aim of this study is not only to identify similarities and differences but also to maintain a link between managerial practices and a model that will enable some managerial applications to be moved into today's businesses.en_US
