Abstract
Çalışmada Yeni Borçlar Kanunu kapsamında elektronik ticaretin altyapısını oluşturan internet üzerinden sözleşmelerin kurulması ile ilgili konular ve Yeni Borçlar Kanununun getirmiş olduğu yeniliklerin ve değişikliklerin internet üzerinden sözleşmelerin kurulmasına etkileri ayrıntılı olarak incelenecektir.
In this study, within the framework of New Code of Obligations, the issues related to the contracts concluded via Internet which constitute the basis of e-trade and the innovations and modifications brought with the New Code of Obligations are going to be explained with detail with respect to its impacts upon the formation of contract through Internet.
