Abstract
TTK, 6102 Sayılı Yeni TTK ve 1910 tarihli Brüksel Konvansiyonu çatma konusunda kusur kıstasını esas almaktadır. Bu özellik nazara alınarak, çalışmamızda TTK, 6102 sayılı Yeni TTK ve 1910 tarihli Brüksel Konvansiyonu tahtında çatmada kılavuz, gemi trafik hizmetleri sistemi ve römorkaj kusuru kavramı karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenmektedir.
Responsibility for collision is based on the criteria of fault defined under the Turkish Commercial Code, New Commercial Code No 6102 and Brussels Convention of 1910 (Convention for the Unification of the Certain Rules of Law with Respect to Collisions between Vessels). Therefore, the subject of our research is the evaluation and application of the Turkish Commercial Code, New Turkish Commercial Code and Brussels Convention of 1910 concerning Collision.
