5684 sayılı Sigortacılık Kanunu madde 23 uyarınca çıkarılan 28980 sayılı, 22.4.2014 tarihli Sigorta Acentleri Yönetmeliği’nde, 16.1.2016 tarih 29595 sayılı Resmî Gazete yayımlanan “Sigorta Acenteleri Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına İlişkin Yönetmelik” ile bazı değişiklikler yapılmıştır. Sigorta acenteliği yapacak gerçek ve tüzel kişilerin niteliklerine ve faaliyetlerine dair usul ve esasları belirleyen ilgili Yönetmelik’te yapılan ve 16 Temmuz 2016 tarihinde yürürlüğe giren bu değişikliklerin değerlendirilmesi çalışmamızın konusunu oluşturmaktadır.
Regulation of Insurance Agents dated 22 nd of April, 2014, No. 28980 which was issued in accordance with Insurance Code, No. 5684, article 23, has been revised by Regulations of amendments of the Insurance Agents Regulation dated 16 th of January 2016 and was publis-hed in the Official Gazette, No. 29595. The amendments of the Regulation which determined principles and procedures on the quali-fications of the real person or legal entities engaged in insurance agency will be subject of our study. The amendments will come into force on July 16, 2016.
