Özet
İşletmelerin sürdürülebilirliklerinin ve rekabet avantajı sağlamada önemli bir tamamlayıcı olan tedarikçi seçimi konusu önemli bir karar sürecidir. Karar vermeden önce kriterlerin ve öncelik sıralarının belirlenmesi için etkin bir yöntem seçilmelidir. Bu problem, günümüze kadar birçok değişik yöntem ve yaklaşımlar yardımıyla çözülmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, tedarikçi seçiminde hangi kriterleri göz önünde bulundurduklarını belirlemek ve karar vericilere yardımcı olacak yöntemleri kullanarak öneriler sunmaktır. Çalışmada, işletmenin tedarikçi seçimi problemi Entropi ve Topsis yöntemleri ile ele alınmıştır. Literatür araştırması ve uzman görüşleriyle 6 kriter ve 10 tedarikçi firma belirlenmiştir. Tedarikçi seçiminde kullanılan kriterlerin önem ağırlıkları, objektif bir değerlendirme tekniği olarak adlandırılan Entropi yöntemiyle belirlenmiştir. Hesaplanan ağırlıklar kullanılarak bir sonraki aşamada, işletmelerin performansları Topsis yöntemiyle ölçülmüştür. Entropi ile Topsis yöntemlerinden meydana gelen bütünleşik yaklaşımın, tedarikçi seçiminde karar vericiler için yardımcı bir yöntem olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmanın sonucunda karar verme süreci detaylı bir şekilde analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır.
Supplier selection, which is an important complement in providing sustainability and competitive advantage, is an important decision process. An effective method for determining criteria and priorities should be chosen before making a decision. This problem has been tried to be solved with various methods and approaches until today.The aim of the study is to determine which criteria they consider in the selection of suppliers and to provide suggestions using methods to help decision makers. In this study, the supplier selection problem of the enterprise is discussed with Entropy and Topsis methods. 6 criteria and 10 suppliers were determined by literature review and expert opinions. The importance weights of the criteria used in the selection of suppliers were determined by the Entropy method, which is called an objective evaluation technique. At the next stage, the performances of the enterprises were measured by Topsis method using the calculated weights. The integrated approach consisting of Entropy and Topsis methods has been found to be an auxiliary method for decision makers in supplier selection. As a result of the study, decision making process was analyzed and interpreted in detail.
