| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada kişilik ve stres kavramları incelenerek, kabin memurlarının Tip A/Tip B kişilik yapısının algıladıkları stres üzerindeki etkisine bakılmıştır. Araştırma, stres altında çalıştıkları düşünülen kabin memurlarının iş ortamlarında algıladıkları stresi değerlendirerek, sahip oldukları Tip A/Tip B kişilik özelliklerinin bu durum üzerinde ne düzeyde etkileri olduğunu belirlemek için kavramlar arasındaki ilişkileri açıklamayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırmanın temel güdüsünü Tip A/ Tip B kişilik yapısının stres kavramına olan etkisinin daha önce kabin memurlarının üzerinde incelenmemiş olması oluşturmaktadır. Kavramlar arasındaki ilişkiler tek bir model altında açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Veri toplamak için kullanılan anketler bir havayolu firmasında çalışan kabin memurlarına uygulanmıştır. Bu kapsamda toplamda 200 kabin personeline ulaşılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Tip A/Tip B kişilik özelliklerinin stres üzerinde hangi düzeyde etkisi olduğunun saptanması hedeflenmiştir. Analizler değerlendirildiğinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki ortaya çıkmasına rağmen bu etkinin yeterli düzeyde olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. Daha sonra yapılacak araştırmalarda kabin memurlarının stres yapısı incelenirken modele daha fazla bağımsız değişkenin dâhil edilmesi gerektiği sonucu çıkarılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, personality and stress concepts were examined and the effect of Type A / Type B personality structure on the perceived stress was examined. The study aimed to explain the relationship between the concepts in order to determine the effect of Type A / Type B personality traits on this situation by evaluating the perceived stress of cabin officers who are thought to work under stress. The main motive of the research is that the effect of Type A / Type B personality structure on stress concept has not been examined on cabin officers before.The relationship between the concepts is explained under a single model. The questionnaires used to collect data were applied to cabin officers working in an airline. In this context, a total of 200 cabin personnel were reached. As a result of the analyzes, it was aimed to determine the effect of Type A / Type B personality traits on stress. When the analyzes were evaluated, it was concluded that this effect was not sufficient although there was a statistically significant relationship. In the researches that will be carried out later, when examining the stress structure of cabin officers, it is concluded that more independent variables should be included in the model. | en_US |
