dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı, bir film veya dizi projesinin ön maliyetlerini faaliyet esaslı bütçelemektir. Burada kullanılan model, faaliyet tabanlı maliyetleme ve faaliyet tabanlı maliyet yönetimi için ön çalışma niteliğindedir ve üretim ve karar süreçlerinde yapılacak çalışmalarda bir temel oluşturur. Diğer deyişle sunulan bütçeleme modeli, faaliyet tabanlı maliyet yönetiminin bir parçasıdır. Model ile sadece film projesi ön maliyetleri doğru bir şekilde belirlenmekle kalmaz, yapıma karar verme ve ortaya çıkan şartların iş yükü ve maliyetlere etkisini ölçme, projeyi devam ettirme veya sonlandırma gibi kararların alınmasında da etkin bir yönetim aracı olarak kullanılır. en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to budget the preliminary costs of a film or series project as activity-based budgeting. The method used in this study is a prelimimary study for activity-based costing and activity-based cost management and will be a basis for future work in production and decision-making process. In other words, the proposed budgeting model is part of an activity based cost management. With the model, not only does the movie project accurately determine the preliminary costs, but it also can be used as an effective management tool when making decisions such as start of the project, measuring the effect of emerging conditions on workload and costs, resuming the project or terminating.
