Abstract
Eşitlik kavramının, sosyal hayatın yanı sıra çalışma hayatında da farklılıklar göstermesi nedeniyle, ILO bu konuda çeşitli çalışmalar yapmıştır. Bu çalışmada ILO tarafından hazırlanılan ve Türkiye’nin de taraf olduğu 100 nolu ve 111 nolu sözleşme esas alınarak, Türkiye’de çalışma hayatında eşitlik kavramına ilişkin Türk mevzuatı, Türk Yargı Kararları, Uluslararası Mevzuat ve Sözleşmeler ışığında uygulama alanları incelenmiştir.
Due to the differences in the concept of equality in working life as well as in social life, International Labor Organization held a variety of work in this context. In this article, based on these Conventions (No. 100) and (No.111) which Turkey became a party to, was presented and the application areas of these Conventions in Turkey, Juridical Decisions of Turkey, International Regulations, Agreements and studies on the concept of equality in work life were examined in the light of Turkish law and legislations.
