Abstract
Turizm sektörü, hizmet kalitesinin ve memnuniyetin sağlanması ile gelişmenin sağlanabildiği; tavsiye etme niyetinin en fazla önem taşıdığı sektörlerden biridir. Hizmet kalitesi, müşterinin beklentilerinin ve algılanan hizmetin performans bağlamında karşılaştırılması ile belirlenmektedir. Bu şekilde müşteri memnuniyeti sağlanmakta, tavsiye etme düzeyi de bu kapsamda artmaktadır. Turizm sektöründe de memnuniyet ve hizmet kalitesi, tavsiye etme düzeyini etkileyen en önemli faktörlerdir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, yabancı kültür turistlerinin Sultanahmet Bölgesi kapsamında memnuniyet, hizmet kalitesi ve tavsiye etme düzeylerinin ortaya konulmasıdır. Bu kapsamda söz konusu bölgeye seyahat amacıyla gelen 350 yabancı kültür turisti ile anket çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler, SPSS istatistik programında analiz edilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.
Tourism sector is one of the sectors in which the development depends on service quality and the fulfillment of satisfaction and the intention to recommend plays an important role. Service quality is determined by comparing the customers’ expectations with the perceived service in terms of performance. Therefore, customer satisfaction is fulfilled, leading the increase in the level of recommendation. In the context of tourism sector, satisfaction and service quality are the most important factors affecting the level of recommendation. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the satisfaction, service quality and the level of recommendation of foreign culture tourists in the scope of Sultanahmet Region. In this context, a survey study is conducted with 350 foreign culture tourist that have come to visit the place. The data collected with survey method are analyzed and interpreted with the statistical software SPSS.
