| dc.description.abstract | Öğretmen, toplumun gelişmesinde en büyük role sahip olan meslek gruplarından birisidir. Eğitim ve öğretim sürecinde bilgisayar kullanımı, bilgisayar destekli eğitim, eğitim ve öğretim etkinliklerinin etkisini artırmak ve sonuçlarını rekabet edilebilirlik açısından bir avantaja dönüştürmek için yapılan çalışmalardır. Bu çalışma, iki farklı tarihte, öğretmenler üzerinde yapılan, bilgisayarların eğitim üzerindeki etkisini belirlemeyi amaçlayan araştırmaların sonuçlarına dayanmaktadır. İlk araştırma, bir yüksek lisans tezi kapsamında, Sivas İl Merkezinde bulunan liselerde görev yapan öğretmenlerinin, eğitim ve öğretimde bilgisayar kullanımının başlatılmasıyla ilgili olarak görüşlerini tespit etmek amacıyla 2002 yılında gerçekleştirilmiştir. İkinci araştırma ise, 13 yıl önce yapılmış olan araştırmanın, gelişmenin seyrinin görülmesi amacıyla yeniden uygulanmasıdır. Bu çalışmayla, öğretmenler nezdinde, 13 yıllık sürede, eğitim ve öğretime bakışta, eğitimde ve öğretimde bilgisayara yaklaşımda nelerin değiştiği, öğretmenlerin hangi görüşlerinde ne gibi gelişmelerin olduğunu görmektir. Genel olarak bakıldığında, öğretmenlerin teknolojinin eğitime uygulanmasında 13 yıl öncesine göre bilgisayar destekli eğitime daha olumlu baktıkları görülmüştür. Bilgisayar destekli eğitimin, öğrenme, pekiştirme, hatırlama, örnek çözme, sonuçları kontrol etme, çevrimiçi iletişim kurma ve yardım alma vb. süreci kolaylaştırma ve etkinliği artırma konularında daha fazla katkıda bulunabileceği, bu amaçla program geliştirme, kullanımı kolaylaştırma çalışmalarına ağırlık verilmesi gerektiğine yönelik bilgiler elde edilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teachers are among the people who play a key role in the development of societies. The use of computers in education, in other words, computer aided education, is done in order to increase the effectiveness of educational activities and to use their outcomes as an advantage in terms of competitiveness. This study relies on two former studies that were conducted on different dates, in order to determine the influence of computers on education. The first study was conducted in the province of Sivas, Turkey in 2002 and it was conducted as a part of a master's thesis to determine the views of the teachers working in high schools, on the use of computers in education. The second study is the reapplication of the first one and the aim of this study was to determine what has changed in the views of teachers towards the use of computers in education since the first study. Generally speaking, it is seen that teachers have a more positive approach towards the use of technology aided education more than 13 years ago. Furthermore, it was concluded that computer aided education could facilitate and increase the efficiency of the processes such as learning, practice, question solving, checking the results, online communication, getting help and etc. Thus, it is considered to be essential to focus on studies to develop programs and facilitate the use of computers in education. | en_US |
