Özet
Türkiye’de vakıf üniversitesi akademik personelinin hukuki statüsü yasalarda iyi belirlenmemiştir. Bu çalışmada Danıştay’ın bir kararından yola çıkılarak vakıf üniversitesi akademik personelinin hukuki statüsü hakkındaki yüksek yargı kararları ve öğretinin görüşleri değerlendirilmiştir.
In Turkey, the legal status of academic staff of foundation universities is not well-defined in the legal legislation. In this study, judgments of High Courts and doctrinal views regarding the legal status of academic staff of foundation universities are assessed on the basis of a Council of State decision.
