dc.description.abstractBu araştırmada devlet okullarında ve özel okullarda çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin örgütsel güven ve iş güvencesizliği algıları belirlenmiş, bu algıların bazı demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığı incelenmiş ve örgütsel güven ve iş güvencesizliği algıları arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, devlet okullarında ve özel okullarda çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iş güvencesizliği algıları düşük seviyede, örgütsel güven algıları ise yüksek seviyede tespit edilmiştir. Devlet okullarında çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iş güvencesizliği algıları cinsiyete ve okuldaki öğretmen sayısına göre farklılaşırken medeni hâl değişkenine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Özel okullarda çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin iş güvencesizliği algıları cinsiyete göre farklılaşırken okuldaki öğretmen sayısı ve medeni hâl değişkenlerine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Devlet okullarında çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin örgütsel güven algıları ise medeni hâl ve okuldaki öğretmen sayısı değişkenlerine göre farklılaşırken cinsiyet değişkenine göre farklılaşmamaktadır. Özel okullarda çalışan ortaokul öğretmenlerinin örgütsel güven algıları ise bu demografik özelliklere göre değişmemektedir. Öte yandan devlet okulunda çalışan öğretmenler özel okulda çalışan öğretmenlere göre daha fazla iş güvencesizliği algısı yaşarlarken daha az örgütsel güven algısı yaşamaktadırlar. en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, the perceptions of organizational trust and job insecurity of middle school teachers working in public and private schools were determined, it is examined whether these perceptions differed according to some demographic characteristics and there was a meaningful relationship between organizational trust and job insecurity. According to the research findings middle school teachers working in public and private schools have low perceptions of job insecurity and high perceptions of organizational trust. The perceptions of job insecurity of middle school teachers working in public schools differ according to the number of teachers in the school and gender but they do not differ according to the marital status variable. The perceptions of job insecurity of middle school teachers working in private schools differ according to gender but they do not differ according to the number of teachers in school and marital status variables. The perceptions of organizational trust of middle school teachers working in public schools differ according to the marital status and the number of teachers in the school but they do not differ according to the gender variable. The perceptions of organizational trust of middle school teachers working in private schools don’t change according to these demographic variables. On the other hand, teachers working in public schools feel more job insecurity than teachers working in private schools and have less sense of organizational trust.
