Finding necessary resources for energy production geographically, determining the amount of reserve to be found, digging them up, determining distance to market, solutions to transportation issues, creating distribution channels and observing supply demand equilibrium are tasks that are done by supply chain professionals. Many different countries along with multinational corporations create a union of forces to overcome while planning these. Every corporation in the system is responsible for overcoming a certain stage of these tasks, however delivering these resources and goods happen with the collaboration of logistic sector creating a solution partnership. Logistics provide energy supply chains all the required resources, distributing these to a location of function and deliver all these produced goods to required places. In this article, Turkey’s involvement to these energy delivery systems is discussed. Difficulties of being part of an existing system can only be overcome with mutual agreement for all parties, coming up with alternative solutions. By evaluating its location as a crossing route for petroleum and natural gas market, Turkey can take a determinant role in this market while providing sellers with certain benefits.en_US
