| dc.description.abstract | COVID-19 salgınının insan sağlığına tehdidi sürerken yol açtığı iktisadi sorunlar da derinleşerek devam etmektedir. Gelişmiş veya gelişmekte olan ülkeler arasında ayrım gözetmeksizin tüm piyasalarda ekonomik çıktı miktarları dramatik bir şekilde düşmüş, işsizlik oranları artmış ve sosyal problemler gözlemlenmeye başlanmıştır. Hem arz hem de talep tarafında yaşanan durgunluk özellikle KOBİ’ler üzerinde ciddi bir baskı oluşturmuştur. Büyük firmalarla karşılaştırıldığında daha kırılgan bir piyasaya ve finansal yapıya sahip olan KOBİ’ler talepteki durgunluk ve üretim süreçlerindeki aksama nedeniyle ciddi bir baskı altındadırlar. İstihdamın büyük bir bölümünü barındıran KOBİ’lerin sağlıklı bir şekilde hayatlarını sürdürmeleri tüm ekonomi için önem arz etmektedir. Devlet tarafından verilen destekler bu süreçleri kolaylaştırsa da firma yöneticilerinin taleplerinin de tespit edilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, KOBİ’lerin yaşadıkları iktisadi sorunlar göz önünde bulundurularak alınması gereken tedbir ve önlemlerin firmalar açısından belirlenmesidir. Bu amaçla, farklı sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren firma temsilcileriyle yarı yapılandırılmış mülakat modeli kullanılarak nitel bir araştırma gerçekleştirilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The economic problems caused by the COVID-19 outbreak while threatening human health continue deepening. The amount of economic output in all markets, without discrimination among developed or developing countries, dropped dramatically, unemployment rates increased, and social problems began to be observed. The stagnation experienced both on the supply and demand sides put serious pressure on SMEs in particular. SMEs, which have a more fragile market and financial structure compared to big companies, are under severe pressure due to the stagnation in demand and disruption in production processes. It is important for the entire economy that SMEs, which have a large part of employment, keep their economic activity. Although the government supports facilitate these processes, the demands of the company managers should also be determined. The purpose of this study is to determine the precautions and measures to be taken by considering the economic problems experienced by SMEs. For this purpose, a qualitative research was carried out by using semi-structured interview model with company representatives operating in different sectors. | en_US |
