Kobilerin yönetimsel sorunlarına yönelik Kocaeli ve İstanbul illerinde ampirik bir çalışma

Özet
Ekonomik yapılarına bakılmaksızın, hem gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkelerdeki küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmelere KOBİ’lere özel önem verilmektedir. Günümüzde sosyo-ekonomik nedenlerden dolayı hükümetler, istihdam ve üretim hacmini sağlayan ve toplam işletme sayısının çok büyük bir çoğunluğunu oluşturan KOBİ'leri desteklemekte ve teşvik etmektedir. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın ana problemi KOBİ’lerin işletme yapısı özellikleri ve yöneticilerin kişisel özelliklerinin KOBİ’lerin yönetim ve organizasyon sorunları üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığıdır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerde görev yapan çeşitli kademelerdeki 172 yönetici oluşturmaktadır. “Kobilerin Karşılaştıkları Yönetim ve Organizasyon Sorunları Ölçeğinin kullanıldığı çalışma sonucunda, işletmelerdeki sorunların yönetici hatalarından ve uygulamalarından ziyade KOBİ’lerin yapısal sorunlarından kaynaklandığı tespit edilmiştir.
Regardless their economic structure, special attention is given to small and medium-sized enterprises “SME’s” in both developed and developing countries. Today, for socio-economic reasons, governments support and encourage the SMEs, the vast majority of the total number of enterprises providing the employment and production volumes. In this context, the main problem of this research is whether the characteristics of business structure of SMEs and the personal characteristics of top management have an impact on the management and organization problems of SMEs. The research sample of the study constitutes 172 top managers working in various levels in SMSs. As a result of the study in which the scale of “Management and Organization Problems Encountered by SMEs” is used, it is found that the problems in the enterprises were caused by the structural problems of SMEs rather than the management and the organizational problems.
