dc.description.abstractIn this study, while examining Turkish Obligation Code article 24 which regulates the inspection of prohibition against amendment and adding a new provision under the title of ” probition of alteration”, it will be our discussion if there is a need such an article beside the other enacted provisions related to general transaction clauses.en_US
