Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı kurumsallaşmanın kurum performansına etkilerini incelemektedir. Kurumsallaşma ile firma performansı arasındaki ilişki çeşitli araştırmalara konu olmakla birlikte akademik yazından farklı bulgular elde edilmiştir. Çalışma evrenini İstanbul ‘da ikinci ve üçüncü basamak sağlık hizmetleri veren hastanelerde çalışan doktorlar oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonuçlarına göre, sağlık kurumlarında kurumsallaşma ile kurum performansı arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Araştırma sonuçları literatürdeki araştırma bulgularını kısmen desteklemektedir. Araştırma bulguları yorumlanarak yönetsel uygulamalara ilişkin etkileri değerlendirilmiştir.
The aim of this research is to study the effects of institutionalization on institutional performance. While the correlation between institutionalization and institutional performance exists in various researches, different findings have been obtained from academic literature.The population of the study is doctors, who are working in secondary and tertiary health care institutions in Istanbul. In this study; institutionalization with its sub-dimensions and its effect on institutional performance has been examined. Research results partially support the findings in the literature. The research findings have been interpreted; implications thereof on managerial practices have been analyzed.
