dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı insan sermayesi, özümseme kapasitesi ve yenilik performansı ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma verileri İstanbul ve Ank ara illerindeki teknoloji geliştirme bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan işletmelerden toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre insan sermayesi ve özümseme kapasitesi, ürün ve süreç yeniliğini istatistiki açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif bir biçimde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca insan sermayesi özümseme kapasitesini de anlamlı bir şekilde etkilemektedir. Özümseme kapasitesinin insan sermayesi ile yenilik performansı arasındaki aracılık etkisine yönelik yapılan analizler sonucunda ise özümseme kapasitesinin insan sermayesi ile ürün ve süreç yeniliği arasında kısmi aracılık yaptığı belirlenmiştir. en_US
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between human capital, absorptive capacity and innovation performance. The research data were collected from the enterprises operating in the technology development zone of Istanbul and Ankara. According to the results of the research, human capital and absorptive capacity significantly and positively affect product and process innovation statistically. In addition, human capital significantly affects the absorptive capacity. Analysis of the mediating effect of absorptive capacity on human capital and innovation performance indicates that absorptive capacity is a partial mediator between human capital and product and process innovation.
