Özet
Doğru ve güvenilir talep tahminleri işletmelerin verimliliğinin artmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. Her sektörde olduğu gibi sağlık sektöründe de talep tahminleri konusu önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Özellikle medikal malzeme alımlarının temel bir maliyet kalemi olduğu hastane gibi kurumlarda, stok maliyetlerinin kontrolü için iyi bir talep tahmini yapılmalıdır. Bu çalışmada, İstanbul'da bir hastaneden alınan verilerle, temel medikal malzemelerin 2010-2014 yıllarındaki gerçek talep verileri ile bir talep tahmini uygulaması yapılmıştır. Minitab 17 istatistik programı ile mevcut verilere zaman serisi yöntemleri uygulanıp, en uygun tahmin yönteminin tespiti amaçlanmamıştır. Enterprises provide accurate and reliable productivity with demand forecasts. The demand forecasts in the health sector is very important, as in every sector. Especially in hospitals, the importance of purchasing medical supplies is increasing demand forecasts. Because business do not want to encounter such a situation would be faced with more costs than when the stoc cost. This research selected from a hospital in İstanbul and medical supplies were made with actual demand data set for research in 2010-2014(Istanbul, the actual demand data from 2010-2014, the designated medical supplies for hospitals and research from a selected this research has been conducted).
