| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde bilgisayar ve teknolojinin gelişmesi nedeniyle, sayısal analizlerde kullanılan istatistiksel tekniklerde gelişmeler meydana gelmiştir. Bu tekniklerden birisi de parametrik ve parametrik olmayan regresyon modellerinin kullanılanamadığı durumlarda; analizlerin yapılabilmesi için geliştirilen semiparametrik regresyon modelleridir. Semiparametrik regresyon modeli ile ilgili ilk çalışmalar 1985 yılında başlamış ve o yıldan günümüze kadar yapılan çeşitli çalışmalarla geliştirilmiş ve çeşitli alanlarda uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada da önce semiparametrik regresyon modeli teorik olarak anlatılmaya çalışılmış ve daha sonra günümüzde inşaat sektöründe çok önemli bir yeri olan siteler ve bu siteler içerisindeki dairelerin fiyatını etkileyen unsurlar semiparametrik resresyon analizi ile incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | At the president day, due to the development of computers and technology statistical tecniques which used in numerical analysis has been developed. One of these tecniques is semiparametric regression which can be used when parametric and nonparametric regression models are not suitable for the analysis. Semiparametric regression has been developed to perform analysis in such cases. The first studies about the semiparametric regression model was initiated in 1985 and from that day forward it has been developed in various studies and applied in various fields. In this study semiparametric regression model has explained theoretical framework and after that housing estates which have very important place in the construction industry today and the effective factors of apartment prices in this places were examined by semiparametric regression. | en_US |
