Özet
İçinde bulunduğumuz dönemden, etkilerinden kaynaklı her alanda önceliğin insan olduğu veher işleyişte, sistemde insan merkezli olunmasının gerekliliği görülmektedir. Bu nedenlegirişimciliğin insan merkezli bir kültür olarak incelenmesinin önemi açıktır. Bu çalışmadatoplum önderlerimizin, değerlerimizin kültüre verdikleri önemi vurgulamak, kültürlerinoluşumunda ve yayılmasındaki etkilerini görmek ve aslında kültürlerimizin değerlerini veönemini fark etmek oluşturmaktadır. Toplum önderlerimizden biri olan, merkezine insanı alanünlü düşünür Mevlâna’nın eseri Mesnevi’de dile getirmiş olduğu beyitler analiz edilmiştir.Anket uygulaması sonucunda Mevlâna’nın öğretilerinde girişimciliğe, girişimcilik kültürüne,değerlere önem verdiği, bu önemin onu dikkate alan hemen her kesimde etkiler oluşturduğugibi girişimciler üzerinde de önemli bir etki oluşturduğu görülmüştür.
It is seen that by the era we are in and the fields affected by this era; for every process and system, it is necessary to be human-centered in every function. Thus, it is obvious that entrepreneurship should be studied as a human-centered culture. In this study, our community leaders see our values emphasizing the importance they attach to the cultural, seeing the effects on the formation and spread of cultures, and in fact this constitutes to realize the value and importance of our cultures. One of our community leaders, the famous thinker Mevlâna, put people at the center, that have been analyzed in his couplets Mesnevi. As a result of the questionnaire applied, it is seen that Mevlâna values entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship culture in his teachings. This has an important effect on the entrepreneurs as well as the effects on almost every sector considering it.
