Özet
Terör, özellikle 11 Eylül sonrasında tüm dünyada kendini hissettiren önemli bir güvenlik sorunudur. Türkiye de terörden büyük oranda etkilenen ülkelerin başında gelmektedir. Bu sebeple Türkiye zaman içerisinde farklı terör örgütlerine yönelik farklı mücadele stratejileri oluşturmuştur. Günümüzde ise savunma sanayi kapasitesini artırmaya çalışan ve terörü sınır dışına çıkartmak isteyen bir Türkiye bulunmaktadır. Bunun için yurt içi operasyonlarına ek olarak terör örgütlerinin kaynağına yönelik operasyonlarda bulunulmuştur. Bu operasyonlar Zeytin Dalı Harekatı, Fırat Kalkanı Harekatı ve Barış Pınarı Harekatıdır. Bu operasyonlar önleyici müdahale stratejisi kapsamında hayata geçirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’nin terör sorunu ve terörü nasıl sınır dışına çıkarttığı üzerinde durulacaktır. Yapılan harekâtlar önleyici müdahale stratejisi kapsamında ele alınacaktır.
Terrorism is an important security problem that makes itself felt all over the world, especially after 9/11. Turkey is one of the countries most affected by terrorism. For this reason, over time, it has created different fighting strategies against different terrorist organizations. Today, there is a Turkey that has increased its defense industry capacity and wants to take terrorism out of its borders. For this, in addition to domestic operations, operations were carried out against the source of terrorist organizations. These operations are Operation Olive Branch, Operation Euphrates Shield and Operation Peace Spring. These operations were implemented within the scope of the preventive intervention strategy. In this study, it will be focused on Turkey's problem of terrorism and how it takes terrorism outside its borders. The actions taken will be handled within the scope of the preventive response strategy.
