Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı iktisadi düşünce tarihi yazımı için iki öneri getirmektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak çalışmada öncelikle iktisadi düşünce tarihi yazımının Ortodoks makro bakış açısından kurtularak yeniden biçimlendirilmesine yönelik bakış açısı ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Yine bu çalışmada Avrupa- merkezci iktisadi düşünce tarihi yazımının dışında başka medeniyetlere ait iktisadi düşüncelerin de var olduğu ve onların da dikkate alınması gerektiğine vurgu yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın mikro iktisadi bakış açısından makro iktisadi çerçeveyi bir açıklama denemesi olduğu da söylenebilir. Bir başka ifadeyle, bu çalışma ile iktisadi düşünce tarihine girişimcilerin tarihsel süreç içindeki katkıları ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. 15. yüzyıldan 17. yüzyılın ortalarına kadar olan dönemdeki sermaye sahibi ve girişimci tüccarların iktisadi düşüncenin gelişimine katkıları bilinmektedir. Dolayısıyla iktisadi düşünce tarihine mikro bir bakış açısı getirmesi yönüyle bu çalışmanın özgün değeri de ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmanın ikinci önemli katkısı, Avrupa-merkezci iktisadi düşünce tarihine Osmanlı Devleti’nde tecrübe edildiği gibi tüccar ve zanaatkârların lonca şeklindeki örgütlenmeleri ve iş yapma biçimlerinden hareketle ortaya konmuş olmasıdır. Çalışmada ortaya konulan öneriler, iktisadi düşünce tarihindeki baskın karakter ve medeniyetleri yok saymamakta, baskın anlayış dışındaki her türlü birikimin düşünce tarihinin dışında bırakılması eksikliğine eleştirel bir bakış geliştirmeyi hedeflemektedir.
The purpose of this study is to bring two suggestions for writing history of economic thought. Fort his purpose, first of all, we tried to reveal the point of view of reforming the history of economic thought by getting rid of Orthodox macro perspective. In this study, it is emphasized that apart from the writing of the history of Eurocentric economic thought, there are also economic thoughts that belong to other civilizations and they should also be taken into consideration. It can be said that this study is an attempt to explain the macroeconomic frame work from a microeconomic point of view. In other words, this study attempt store veal the contributions of entrepreneurs in the history of economic thought. The contributions of capital owners and entrepreneurship traders in the period from the 15th to the mid-17th century are known. Therefore, the original value of this study emerges in terms of bringing a micro perspective to the history of economic thought. This important contribution of the study is that, as experienced in the Ottoman Empire, the history of Euro-centrist economic thought was revealed by the lonca (lodge) organization of traders and artisans and their way of doing business. The suggestions put forward in the study do not ignore the dominant characters and civilizations in the history of economic thought, and aim to develop a critical perspective to the lack of exclusion of any accumulation other than dominant understanding from the history of thought.
