Özet
Bu çalışmada, ipoteğin özellikleri ele alınmış ve özellikle alacağa bağlı bir hak olması özelliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Bu kapsamda ipoteğin alacağa bağlı olmasının doğurduğu sonuçlar incelenmiştir.
In this study, the properties of hypothec are takenup. It is especially discussed that, the hypothec is an accessory right related to claim. In this context, it is aimed to analyze the effects of this dependency.
