dc.description.abstractCOVID-19 salgın hastalığının yayılmasını önlemek ve etkilerini azaltmak amacıyla tüm dünyada olduğu gibi ülkemizde de çeşitli tedbirler alınmıştır. Bu kapsamda çıkarılan 16.04.2020 tarih ve 7244 sayılı Kanun, şirketler hukuku alanında özel düzenlemeler içermektedir. Anılan Kanun’un 12. maddesiyle, 6102 sayılı Türk Ticaret Kanunu’na “geçici madde 13” hükmü eklenmiştir. Bu çalışmada, 7244 sayılı Kanun ile Türk Ticaret Kanunu’na eklenen geçici 13. madde hükmüyle getirilen düzenlemeler üzerinde durulacaktır.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 epidemic and to reduce its effects, various measures have been taken in our country as well as all over the world. The Law No. 7244 of 16.04.2020, enacted in this context, contains special regulations in the field of company law. The provision of "temporary article 13" was added to the Turkish Commercial Code numbered 6102 with the provision of article 12 of the aforementioned Law. In this study, the regulations envisaged by the provision of the temporary article 13 added to the Turkish Commercial Code with the Law No. 7244 have been discussed and analyzed.en_US
