Özet
ABSTRACT Purpose – This study explores employee motivation in crisis circumstances. Methodology- The sample of the research is 212 employees in an investment company. The data is gathered with questionnaire method. Findings- show that there is a significant impact of crisis management on employee motivation Discussion – The results showed the vital role of employee motivation. Employees' high motivation and improvements increase their initiative. Keywords: Crisis, Crisis management, Employee motivation ÖZET Amaç – Bu çalışma, kriz koşullarında çalışan motivasyonunu araştırmaktadır. Metodoloji- Araştırmanın örneklemi bir yatırım şirketinde çalışan 212 çalışandır. Veriler anket yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular- sonuç olarak kriz yönetiminin çalışan motivasyonu üzerinde önemli bir etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Tartışma – Sonuçlar, çalışan motivasyonunun hayati rolünü göstermektedir.
