Özet
Lojistik faaliyetleri tedarik zincirinin başlangıcından başlayarak ürünlerin müşteriye ulaşana kadar ki hareketini sağlamaktadır. Ürünler çok nadir olarak aynı yerde üretildikleri ve tüketildiklerinden dolayı lojistik faaliyetleri tedarik zinciri içerisinde anahtar bir rol oynamaktadır. Lojistik faaliyetleri tedarik zinciri içerisinde önemli bir maliyet unsurudur. Taşımacılığın işletmeler için giderek artan bir maliyet kalemi haline gelmesi ve zamanında teslimatın değer kazanmasından dolayı günümüz işletmeleri lojistik bilimine önem vermiştir. Lojistik yönetiminde en önemli kararlar dağıtım noktalarının rotalanması ve çizelgelenmesi faaliyetidir. Dağıtım yöneticileri her bir müşterinin istek ve ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak olan uygun bir rotalama ve çizelgeleme planı sayesinde işletmenin toplam lojistik ve dağıtım maliyetlerini azaltacak ve daha yüksek seviyede müşteri servisi sağlamış olacaklardır. Araç rotalama ve çizelgeleme işletmelerin günümüzde araçlardan en etkin şekilde yararlanabilmesi ve pazarda rekabet avantajı kazanması için önemli bir değişkendir. Bu çalışmanın amacı araç rotalama ve çizelgeleme yöntemlerinden biri olan “tasarruf algoritması” kullanarak DHL SCM ‘in (Supply Chain Management) Ford Otosan firmasının Brezilya Projesinde milkrun ve lojistik maliyetlerinin minimize edilmesidir.
Logistic activities provides the movement of products from the beginning of the supply chain to the customer. Because of the products seldom produced and consumed at the same place, logictic activities play a key role inside supply chain. Distrubition is an important cost component in supply chain. Being an incresaing cost component of transportation and gaining value of on time deliviries require today’s firms to highlight logistics science. The most important desicions in logistics management are routing and scheduling of the distribution points. With a convenient routing and scheduling program that meets the needs and requirements of all customers, distribution managers will decrease the total cost of loogistics and distrbubition costs and provide customer satisfaction at a higher level. Vehicle routing and scheduling is an important variable for firms to satisfy from the vehicles in an efficient way and gain a competition advantage. The purpose of this study is to decrease logistic activities cost of milkrun collection of Ford Otosan company for Brazil Project by using saving algorithm which is one of the vehicle routing and scheduling methods for DHL SCM.
