dc.description.abstractGecikme, trafik sinyallerinin işlevliğini etkileyen parametrelerden biridir. Çalışmada sinyalize kavşaklarda taşıt gecikme sürelerini kullanan geleneksel yaklaşımlar, insan beynindeki sinirlerden yola çıkarak insanın düşünme biçimini yakalamayı amaçlayan Yapay Sinir Ağları Modeli (YSA) ve insanın değişik durumlarda kendiliğinden bulduğu çözümlemelerden yola çıkarak elde edilen Bulanık Mantık Modeli (BM)’nin karşılaştırılması hedeflenmiştir. Bu bağlamda sinyalize kavşaklarda gecikmelere neden olan sürücülerin tepki sürelerini etkileyen durumların ortaya konulabilmesi için 398 ve 250 kişiden oluşan iki örnek grupla yapılmış anket çalışması incelenerek korelasyon tablosu oluşturulmuş; böylece sürücü davranışları ile belirlenen parametreler arasındaki etkileşimin derecesi ve yönü belirlenmek istenmiştir. Araştırmada güvenlik algısının artmasının trafikte sürücülerin tepki süresini artırdığı, bunun da kavşaklarda gecikmelere yol açtığı sonucuna varılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractDelay is one of the parameters that affect the functionality of traffic signals. The aim of this study is to compare three subjects: Conventional approaches using vehicle delay times at signalized intersections; Artificial Neural Networks Model aiming to capture human thinking by starting from the nerves in the human brain; Fuzzy Logic Model based on the solutions that people find in different situations spontaneously. In this context, in order to reveal the situations that affect the response times of the drivers causing delays at the signalized intersections, a questionnaire study consisting of 398 and 250 people was examined and a correlation table was created. Thus, determining the degree and direction of the interaction between the driver behaviors and the parameters were desired. In the study, it was concluded that increasing the perception of safety increases the response time of the drivers in traffic and this leads to delays in the intersections.en_US
