Özet
Bu çalışmada, kentiçi raylı sistemlerin gelişimi ve önemi, kentiçi raylı sistem araçlarının özellikleri, bu araçların çevreye yaydığı gürültüler ve bu gürültülerin insan sağlığı üzerindeki etkisi detaylandırılmıştır. Raylı sistemlerin gürültü ölçüm standartlarından ve Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliği’nden bahsedilmiştir. Kabataş-Bağcılar tramvay hattında çalışan araçların oluşturduğu gürültüler, raylı sistem gürültü standartlarına ve Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliği’ne göre ölçülmüştür. Araçlarda yolcuların maruz kaldığı gürültülerin şartnamelerde çoğunlukla belirlenmiş sınırların içerisinde olup olmadığı ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. T1 Hattı’nda çalışan araçlar incelendiğinde şartnamelerde belirlenen üst limitleri büyük çoğunlukla uyduğu, ancak Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliği’ne uymadığı durumlar tespit edilmiştir. Gürültü Kontrol Yönetmeliği ve araç şartnamelerinde belirtilen durumlar kıyaslanmış mevcut farkları ortaya koyulmuştur.
In this study, the development and importance of urban rail systems, the characteristics of urban rail system vehicles, the noise emitted by these vehicles to the environment and the effects of these noises on human health are detailed. Noise measurement standards of rail systems and Noise Control Regulation are mentioned. The noise generated by the vehicles operating on the KabataşBağcılar tram line was measured according to the rail system noise standards and the Noise Control Regulation. It has been tried to measure whether the noises that the passengers are exposed to in the vehicles are within the limits mostly determined in the specifications. When the vehicles operating on the T1 Line are examined, it has been determined that the upper limits determined in the specifications mostly comply,but they do not copmly with the Noise Control Regulation. The situations specified in the vehicle specification and Noise Control Regulation were compared and the existing differences were relealed.
