Özet
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Mogadishu-Somali'deki Hormuud Telecom'daki örgütsel öğrenme ve örgütsel performansı araştırmak ve açıklamak ve spesifik amaçları örgütsel öğrenmenin katkısını ve Performansı etkileyen faktörleri bulmaktır. Bu araştırmada tanımlayıcı tasarım ve niceliksel yaklaşım kullanılmıştır. Çalışma Hormuud Telecom'da çalışan 170 çalışanı kapsamaktadır. Seçme yöntemi olarak rastgele seçme, araştırma aracı olarak hazırlanmış bir anket kullanılmıştır. İstatistiksel araçlar araştırmanın amacına göre ayarlanmıştır. Çalışmanın bulguları, ankete katılanlarının çoğunun faktör analizince iki boyuta ayrıldığını ortaya koymuştur. Elde edilen boyutlara detaylı analiz yapılmıştır. Ayrıca elde edilen boyutların değerlerinin güvenilirliği değerlendirilmiştir. Pratik uygulama olarak tez, işletme okullarına örgütsel performans öğretmede yeni bir bakış açısı sunmaktadır. Talimatlar ihtiyaçlara göre düzenlenmelidir. Bu çalışmanın değeri yapısal ve örgütsel öğrenme, müşteri tutma, müşteri memnuniyeti ve örgütsel performans alanındaki araştırmalara faydalı olacaktır. Tez, resmi olmayan ilişkilerin ve esnekliğin firmalardaki örgütsel performans için tipik olduğunu göstermektedir
The main purpose of this study is to investigate and explain the organizational learning and organizational performance in Hormuud Telecom in Mogadishu-Somalia, and its specific objectives were to determine the contribution of the organizational learning and to determine the factors affecting organizational performance. The research design in this study was used as a descriptive design and quantitative approach. The study population was 170 employees who work in Hormuud Telecom. The sampling procedure was sample random sampling and the research instrument was a structured questionnaire. The statistical tools were aligned with the objective of the research. The findings of the study revealed most of the respondents were given the scales were divided into dimensions by factor analysis. Further analysis continued with the dimensions obtained. Also, the reliability values of the obtained dimensions were examined. Practical implications, the paper offers a perspective for business schools in teaching organizational performance. Instruction should be customized to meet the significant requirements. The Value of this study contributes to research on structural, organizational learning, customer retention, customer satisfaction and organizational performance. The paper shows that informal relations and flexibility are typical for organizational performance in firms.
