| dc.description.abstract | Konut kullanım şekli ve donatılarının örgütlenme biçimi ile kullanıcısının yaşam biçimi ve tercihlerini yansıtır. Toplumsal gereksinmelerin zamanla değişim göstermelerine bağlı olarak farklı kullanıcı gruplarının farklı mekan organizasyonlarına ihtiyaç duymaları tasarımcıları, onların gereksinmelerine ve tercihlerine yanıt verecek ve farklı iç düzenlemelere olanak sağlayacak yaklaşımlar üzerinde çalışmaya yöneltmiştir. Hızlı bir toplumsal değişim içinde olan Türkiye gibi ülkelerde bu konu özellikle önem kazanmaktadır. Bu amaçla ailenin zaman içindeki dinamik yapısı ve mekan kullanım kalıpları konusundaki kuramsal çalışmaları destekleyecek veriler sağlanması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada kentsel doku içinde yaygın bir yer kaplayan konut alanlarında sayıları hızla artan ve sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi yüksek ailelerde daha fazla tercih edilir konumda bulunan müstakil konut sitelerindeki konutlarda kullanıcı tercihleri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı belirli bir kullanıcı grubuna hizmet eden bu konutlarda süreç içinde gibi değişiklikler yapıldığı ve bu değişiklikleri oluşturan, etkenlerin neler olduğunu belirlemek ve yapılacak tespit ve değerlendirmelerden elde edilecek bilgilerin paralelinde değişen kullanıcı gereksinimlerini karşılamak üzere bundan sonra tasarlanacak yeni konutlara veri oluşturmaktır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Shape of residential use and the organization style of its equipment reflect the lifestyle and preferences of its user. Depending on the change of social needs in time, different user groups’ requirement of different spatial organizations have led designers to work on approaches which allow their requirements and preferences and which enable different internal regulations. This issue especially gains importance in countries which are in rapid social change such as Turkey. With this purpose, provision of data which support theoretical studies about the dynamic nature and space usage patterns of family in time. In this study, user preferences in houses of private housing sites whose number increases in housing sites within urban fabric and which are preferred more by families whose socio-economic level is high have been investigated. Purpose of the study is to detect what kind of changes are made in process in these households which serve to a particular group of users and what are the factors that cause these changes; and to create data for the new housing that will be designed in the future to fulfill the requirements of users which change parallel to the information obtained from these evaluations. | en_US |
