dc.description.abstractKuzey Makedonya, Yugoslavya'nın dağılması üzerine kendi tercihi doğrudan bu yönde olmamasına karşın bağımsızlığını ilan etmiş ve ardından varlığını sürdürebilmek için ölümcül bir yaşam mücadelesine girmiştir. 1990'lar boyunca yaşam mücadelesinde Türkiye'nin desteğini yoğun olarak aramış ve jeopolitik konumu da dahil birçok açıdan Türkiye'nin Balkanlar'a yönelik dış politikasında önemli ayağı olmuştur. Genel akış içerisinde değerlendirilecek olursa, Kuzey Makedonyada aktif Türk dış politikası bölgedeki krizlerden beslenmiştir. Bu itibarla, iki ülke arasında ikili ilişkiller nasıl olduğu, Türkiye’nin nasıl bir dış politika benimsediği, Kuzey Makedonya’nın buna karşılık politikasını göreceğiz. Bu çalışmada, anılan konularla ilgili olarak kapsamlı bir inceleme sunulmuştur.en_US
dc.description.abstractNorth Macedonia has declared its independence on the disintegration of Yugoslavia, despite its lack of direct preference, and then entered a fatal struggle for survival in order to survive. During the 1990s have searched intensively support Turkey's geopolitical position and has been involved in important pillar in many aspects of Turkey's foreign policy towards the Balkans. The country's territory for centuries been part of the Ottoman Empire and in the modern era was important for the stability of the Balkans to Turkey. In this regard, it is associated with how bilateral between the two countries, we will see how that Turkey has adopted a foreign policy. If evaluated in the general flow, Turkish foreign policy active in the Balkans was fed by the crises in the region. A comprehensive review of the aforementioned issues is presented in this research.en_US
