Özet
Riskli davranışların oluşumunda ailesel ve çevresel faktörlerin etki ağırlığını göz önünde bulundurarak hazırlanan bu çalışmada; riskli davranış gösteren ergenlerin yaşamış oldukları çocukluk çağı travmalarının, ruhsal durumları ile ilişkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini; ailesi ve çevresi tarafından istismara uğradığı belirlenmiş ve Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanlığı tarafından koruma altına alınmış, riskli davranışlar gösteren ergenler tarafından oluşturulan klinik vakalar meydana getirmektedir. Söz konusu evren arasından, Bakanlık bünyesinde hizmet vermekte olan İstanbul İl sınırlarındaki iki adet merkezde korunma bulunan 65 ergen örneklem olarak belirlenmiştir. Klinik vakaların IQ skorlarının belirlenebilmesi adına örnekleme Porteus ve Cattel zeka testleri uygulanmıştır. Bununla birlikte, vakalara Çocukluk Çağı Ruhsal Travmalar Ölçeği ve Kısa Semptom Envanteri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre duygusal ihmal; depresyon, olumsuz benlik ve somatizasyon üzerinde anlamlı etki yaratmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, cinsel istismarın olumsuz benliğin üzerinde anlamlı bir etki yaratması da elde edilen diğer bulgusudur.
In this study, the relationship between risky childhood traumas and mental states of adolescents with risky behaviors was investigated by taking into consideration the influence of familial and environmental factors in the formation of risky behaviors. The participants of this study are composed clinical situations created by adolescents who have been identified as exploited by their families and the environment and are protected by the Ministry of Family and Social Policy and exhibit risky behaviors. 65 samples with protection in two centers in the province of Istanbul, which are serving within the Ministry, have been identified as samples. In order to determine the IQ scores of clinical cases, Porteus and Cattel intelligence tests were applied. However, the Childhood Mental Trauma Scale and Brief Symptom Inventory were administered. According to findings of the study, emotional neglect has a significant effect on depression, negative self and somatization. On the other hand, sexual abuse has a significant effect on the negative self.
