dc.description.abstractÜlkemizde otopark yeri üretiminde sıkıntıların had safhada yaşandığı, kentlerdeki nüfusun hızla artış gösterdiği, park yerlerine gereken önemin verilmediğinden dolayı ulaşım problemlerinin artmasına neden olmuştur. Günümüzde otopark problemi metropollerin en büyük ulaşım problemlerinin başında gelmektedir. Ekonomilerin artı yönde gelişimi ve araç sahiplik oranının artmasına karşın otopark alanları aynı ölçüde yetersiz kalmıştır. Mevcutta kullanılan otoparkların kapasiteleri artan araç oranına cevap verememektedir. Bu olumsuz sebepler metropollerde otopark sorununu karşımıza çıkarmaktadır. Bu çalışmada; geleneksel açık ya da kapalı otoparkların yapımının olanaklı olmadığı ya da kapasite ve işletme koşulları yönünden ihtiyaçları karşılamadığı projelerde mekanik lift, yarı otomatik ve tam otomatik otopark sistemleri kullanılarak çözüm sağlanabilmektedir. İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi'nin 2012 yılında ihale ederek yaptırdığı 2014 yılında hizmete giren ve halen yılda 150 bin aracın park ettiği, 280 araç kapasiteli, yerli teknoloji ile gerçekleştirilmiş, "Alsancak Tam Otomatik Otopark Sistemi" projesinin yatırım planlama, bütçeleme, fizibilite, ihale, yapım, işletme ve uzun vadeli bakım, süreçlerinin incelenmesi, ülkemizde yeteri kadar uygulanamaması nedenlerini ve mevcut otopark problemine katkıları amaçlanmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractThe problems in the parking lot in our country are experienced in the stage, the population in the cities has accelerated, parking spaces have caused the problems in the center where the need is not given importance. Nowadays, the problem of parking is the biggest metropolitan city problem. There is a parking lot for the economy plus address and the increase in vehicle ownership. The capacities of the currently used car parks have been able to respond to the increasing rate of vehicles. These negative reasons raise the problem of parking in metropolises. This kind; mechanical elevators, semi-automatic and fully automatic filtration systems can be managed in the project provided that the construction of traditional open or closed parking lots is possible or the capacity and operating direction are open. The date that the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality was able to tender in 2012 has been in service in 2014 and has already worked with domestic technology in the park of 150 thousand vehicles, 280 vehicle parks, designing "Alsancak Fully Automatic Parking System,, budgeting, feasibility, term maintenance, the history of the processes, the reasons for the situation that can be applied sufficiently in our country and the available parking.en_US
