| dc.description.abstract | Dış ticaret işlemleri yalnızca alıcı ve satıcı arasında gerçekleşen bir süreç olmayıp birden çok tarafın bir araya gelerek faaliyette bulunduğu ve her bir taraf için uyulması gereken birden çok yasal mevzuat ve düzenlenmesi gereken birden fazla belgeyi içeren uzun bir süreçtir. Bu belgelerin çeşitliliği ve fiziki olarak kağıda bağımlılık zor olan dış ticaret işlem süreçlerini daha da zorlaştırmakta, zaman kayıplarını, insana bağlı hata olasıklarını, arşivleme maliyetlerini artırmakta ve tüm bu nedenlerle dış ticaret işlemini yürüten her bir taraf için maddi kayıplara neden olmaktadır. Globalleşen dünya ile küresel bir pazarda rekabet eden dış ticaret tarafları bu maddi kayıplar ve zaman kayıpları ile rekabet avantajlarını yitirmekte, oluşan maliyetleri ürün/hizmet satış bedellerine yansıtmaktadırlar. Bu tez çalışmasında mevcut dış ticaret işlemlerine ait süreçler hakkında bilgi verilerek günümüzde her alanda etkisini gösteren dijitalleşmenin dış ticaret işlemlerine yansıması ve dış ticaret işlemlerinin dijitalleşebilmesi için uluslarararsı kurum ve kuruluşlar, devletler, özel şirketler tarafından yürütülen dış ticaret işlemlerinin dijitalleşme çalışmaları anlatılmış olup mevcut çalışmaların neden tamamen kağıtsız süreç yönetimini temsil edemediği,uçtan uca kağıtsız bir dış ticaret işlem sürecinin gerçekleştirilebilmesi için oluşturulması gereken bütünleşik süreç hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Foreign trade transactions are not only a process between the buyer and the seller, it is also a long process involving multiple parties. All these parties come together and operate with multiple legal regulations and documents to be complied with for each party. The diversity of these documents and physical dependence on paper make difficult foreign trade transaction processes more difficult and increase time losses, human error probability, archiving costs and cause financial losses for each party carrying out the foreign trade transactions for all these reasons. Foreign trade parties,who are competing in a global market with globalizing world, lose their competitive advantage due to this costs and time loses and reflect these all costs to the sales price of the products/services. In this thesis, information about the processes of the existing foreign trade transactions is given and the effects of digitalization, which shows its effect in every field, to the foreign trade transactions and the digitalization of the foreign trade transactions and the studies conducted by international institutions and organizations, states and private companies for the digitilization of foreign trade transactions are explained and it is aimed to give information about the integrated process that needs to be created in order to realize an end-to-end paperless foreign trade transaction process, as to why existing studies cannot represent completely paperless process management. | en_US |
