Özet
ÖZET Amaç: Bu araştırma koronavirüs (Covid-19) salgınında okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerinin yaşam kalitelerine ilişkin görüşlerini belirlemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yöntem: Araştırma nitel araştırma yaklaşımı benimsenerek durum çalışması deseninde tasarlanmıştır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu belirlenirken amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden maksimum çeşitlilik örnekleme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda 10 okul yöneticisi 12 öğretmen olmak üzere toplam 22 katılımcı ile görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri betimsel analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular: Araştırma sonucunda okul yönetici ve öğretmenlerinin Covid-19 salgını döneminden psikolojik, sosyal, ailevi ve mesleki açıdan etkilendikleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Ayrıca bu dönemde hem pozitif hem de negatif düşüncelerinin olabildiği belirlenmiştir. Okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlere bu sürecin olumsuz etkileriyle baş etme stratejilerini kullanabilmeleri için online destek hizmetlerinin sunulabileceği önerilmiştir. Özgünlük: COVID-19 salgınında okul yöneticileri ve öğretmenlerin yaşam kalitelerinin belirlenmesine yönelik hazırlandığından özgün bir çalışma olduğu değerlendirilmektedir.
Purpose: This research was carried out to determine the views of school administrators and teachers about the quality of life during the Covid-19 pandemic period. Method: The research was designed as a case study by adopting a qualitative research approach. Maximum variation sampling technique, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to select the participants. In this context, interviews were conducted with 22 participants; 10 school administrators, 12 teachers. Research data were obtained through semi-structured interview and were analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Findings: As a result of the research, it was revealed that school administrators and teachers evaluated this period in which they were affected psychologically, socially, family and professionally from the Covid-19 pandemic period. In addition, it was determined that participants have both positive and negative opinion about this period. It has been suggested that online support services can be provided to school administrators and teachers so that they can use strategies to cope with the negative effects of this process. Originality: It is considered to be an original study since it was prepared to determine the quality of life of school administrators and teachers in the COVID-19 pandemic.
