Abstract
Proje seçimi günümüzde şirketlerin en sık karşılaştığı problemlerden biridir. Proje seçimi yaparken firmalar objektif bir perspektiften bakamamakta ve bu da hem şirket karlılığının düşmesine hem de büyük fırsatların kaçırılmasına sebep olmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı şirketlerin daha objektif ve karlı projeleri seçmesine yardımcı olacak tekniklerden birkaçını sunmaktır. Şirketlerin bu hedeflerine ulaşabilmeleri için yöntemler belirli bir algoritma üzerinden uygulamaya konulmalıdır. Projeye başlamadan önce projeyi yapacak ekipler ve bu ekiplerin maliyetleri belirlenmeli, ardından şirkete uygun kriterler seçilmelidir. Bu kriterler proje yöneticileri, yönetici ve paydaşların ortak kararıyla oluşturularak kullanılması düşünülen teknikler aracılığı ile en uygun projeye karar verilmelidir. Bu çalışmada Macar algoritması ve Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci(AHP) kullanılarak örnek bir yazılım firmasında proje seçimi yapılmış ve firmanın bu algoritmaya uyarak karar vermesi ile hem daha karlı hem de daha efektif proje seçimini gerçekleştirdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHP) yöntemi birden fazla proje bulunan ve aynı zamanda başlaması planlanan projelerin arasından seçim yapmakta kullanılmıştır. Ekipler, macar algoritması kullanılarak en uygun iş kalemlerine yerleştirilmiş, kriterler şirket ve proje yöneticileriyle belirlenmiş ve bu kriterler ışığı altında AHP uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan yöntemler ile uygun proje optimum maliyet ile seçilebildiği, başarı ile kapatılan projenin aynı zamanda hedeflenen optimum maliyet ile tamamlandığı gözlenmiştir. Sonuçlar incelendiği zaman belirli bir metodoloji ve teknik kullanılmadan sadece firmaların tahminlerinin objektif olamayacağı belirlenmiştir.
Project selection is one of the problems faced today. The project selection firms cannot look from an objective perspective and this causes both the decrease in the profitability of the company and the missed great opportunities. These criteria should be established by the joint decision of the project managers, managers and stakeholders, and the most appropriate project should be decided through the techniques considered. In this study, Hungarian algorithm and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) have been demonstrated, and a software software project application has been made, and it has been observed that the company has made a more profitable and more effective project selection with this algorithm. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to make a selection instead of projects that have more than one project and are planned to start at the same time. The teams were placed in the most appropriate work items adapted to the Hungarian algorithm, the criteria were published with the company and project managers and were applied in the light of these criteria. It has been observed that the appropriate project can be selected at optimum cost with the methods applied, and the successfully closed project is also completed with the targeted optimum cost. The results are stated that the estimates of the companies cannot be objective without using a certain methodology and technique at a certain time.
