| dc.description.abstract | İşletme yönetimleri, işletme kaynaklarını, işletmeyi en yüksek değer yaratma seviyesine ulaştırmak üzere kullanmaya çalışırlar. Bu kaynaklardan biri de entelektüel sermayedir. Değer yaratmak amaçlı kullanılabilen her bilgi işletmenin entelektüel sermayesidir. Entelektüel sermaye, toplumsal yapının bilgi toplumuna doğru evrilmesi ile üzerine dikkatleri çeken ve her geçen gün önemi artan bir kavramdır. Entelektüel sermayeye yatırım yapan işletmeler bu yatırımlarını etkin kullanarak olumlu sonuçlar elde edebilirler. Finansal faaliyet sonuçları, itibarları, müşteri sadakat seviyeleri ve piyasa değerleri artış gösterebilir. Bunun yanında entelektüel sermayenin olası finansal başarısızlık ihtimallerini azaltması da beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmada hisse senetleri Borsa İstanbul’da işlem gören mali kuruluşların, entelektüel sermaye katsayıları ile finansal başarısızlık ihtimalinin göstergesi kabul edilen Z skorları hesaplanmıştır. Daha sonra entelektüel sermaye bileşenleri ile Z skor arasındaki ilişki analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar mali kuruluşlar için entelektüel sermaye bileşenlerinden yapısal sermayenin Z skor üzerinde pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. Z skor arttıkça finansal başarısızlık alanından çıkılıp, daha sağlıklı finansal yapıya geçildiğinden, yapısal sermaye katsayısı işletmenin finansal başarısızlık ihtimalini azaltmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Business managements try to use business' resources to bring the business to the highest level of value creation. One of these resources is intellectual capital. Any information that can be used to create value is the intellectual capital of the enterprise. Intellectual capital is a concept that draws attention and becomes more important day by day with the evolution of the social structure towards the information society. Businesses that invest in intellectual capital can achieve positive results by using these investments effectively. Their financial activity results, reputation, customer loyalty levels, and market values may increase. In addition, it is expected that intellectual capital will reduce the probability of possible financial failure. In this study, the intellectual capital coefficients of the financial institutions whose stocks are traded on Bursa, Istanbul, and the Z scores, which are accepted as indicators of the probability of financial failure, are calculated. Then, the relationship between intellectual capital components and Z score is analyzed. The results obtained show that structural capital, one of the intellectual capital components, has a positive and significant relationship with the Z score for financial institutions. With the increase in the structural capital coefficient, the possibility of financial failure decreases. | en_US |
