Abstract
Bu çalışmanın odak noktası dijital dönüşümün çeşitli yönlerini ve etkilerini anlamak amacıyla uluslararası ticaret şirketlerinde dijitalleşmenin karmaşık bağlamını derinlemesine incelemektedir. Derinlemesine mülakat yönteminin kullanıldığı bu çalışmanın amacı, şirketlerin değişen dijital ortamı nasıl yönettiğini ve buna nasıl uyum sağladığını anlamaya çalışmaktır. Derinlemesine mülakat yöntemi alışmaya konu olan işletmelerin dijitalleşme yolculuklarını etkileyen fırsatlara, zorluklara ve stratejik faktörlere ışık tutmaya yardımcı olacaktır. Derinlemesine mülakat yönteminde yer alan yöneticiler ve karar vericiler, çeşitli uluslararası ticaret şirketlerinden kilit paydaşlar örneklem kitlesini oluşturmaktadır. Derinlemesine mülakat yoluyla, müşteri ilişkileri, tedarik zinciri yönetimi, lojistik ve dijitalleşme faaliyetlerinin mevzuata uygunluğu gibi konulara odaklanılmıştır. Çalışmayla dijitalleşme ile bu işletmelerin operasyonel dinamikleri arasındaki etkileşimleri hakkında kapsamlı bir bilgi sağlanması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışma, dijital yeteneklerini geliştirmek isteyen işletmelere faydalı bilgiler sağlamak için uygulanabilir çözümleri ve olası engelleri ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın bulguları, dijitalleşmenin ekonomik bağlantıların arttığı bir dönemde uluslararası ticaret iş modellerini nasıl değiştirdiğini anlamaya çalışan akademisyenler, iş uzmanları ve politika yapıcılar için önemlidir. In an effort to understand the various aspects and effects of the continuing digital transformation, this study looks deeply into the complicated context of digitalization inside international trade companies. The goal of the research is to understand how these companies manage and adapt to the changing digital landscape. That is by using qualitative research that uses in-depth interviews. This will help throw light on the opportunities, difficulties, and strategic factors that affect these businesses' digitalization journeys. Key stakeholders from a variety of international trade companies, including executives, managers, and decision-makers, are included in the research through the use of a purposive sample technique. The interviews are designed to gather complex information. Additionally, with a focus on customer relations, supply chain management, logistics, and regulatory compliance, the study aims to provide a comprehensive account of the complex interactions between digitalization and these businesses' operational dynamics. The expected outcomes seek to enhance the current body of knowledge by offering an in-depth comprehension of the ways. Those in which multinational corporations incorporate digital technologies into their business processes. Additionally, the study looks for patterns, workable solutions, and possible roadblocks in order to provide useful information to businesses looking to improve their digital capabilities. The findings of this study are important for academics, business experts, and policymakers trying to understand how digitalization is changing international trade patterns in a period of growing economic interconnection.
