Özet
Aile işletmeleri ekonomilerin temelini oluşturmaktadır. Bu denli önemli yere sahip aile işletmeleri, diğer işletmelere göre daha yüksek performansa sahip olmalarına rağmen nesilden nesile devretmede ve sürdürülebilirlikte sorun yaşamaktadır. Çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığı arttırılarak aile işletmesinin sürdürülebilirlik sorunu çözülebilir. Örgütsel bağlılığı arttırmanın en etkin yolu ise yöneticinin liderlik vasıflarından geçmektedir. Aile işletmesinin yöneticisi olan bireyin çalışanlara karşı tutumu başta çalışanların bağlılığını etkileyecek devamında ise hem çalışanların hem de işletmenin verimliliğini arttıracaktır. Yöneticinin liderlik vasıflarıyla birlikte cinsiyeti de örgütsel bağlılığı etkileyebilir. Bu araştırmanın amacı kadın yöneticilerin yönettiği aile işletmelerinde kadın yöneticilerin liderlik özelliklerinin çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığını nasıl etkilediğidir. Bu araştırmada İstanbul ilinde yer alan aile işletmelerinde çalışan 239 kişiye ulaşılmıştır. İleri analizlere basit rastgele örnekleme yönteminin sistematize edilmiş hali ile yöneticisi kadın olan 102 aile şirketi çalışanlarının yanıtları ile devam edilmiştir. Katılımcılara Liderlik Algısı Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği uygulanarak veriler toplanmıştır. Ölçme araçlarının geçerliklerinin bu araştırma için tespiti konusunda açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA), güvenirliklerinin tespiti için de Cronbach alfa iç tutarlılık katsayısı hesaplanmıştır. Ölçme araçlarının geçerlik ve güvenirliklerinde sorun olmadığı görüldüğünden analizlere geçilerek gruplar arası farklar için t testi, Liderlik algısının örgütsel bağlılığa etkisini incelemek için de basit doğrusal regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda kadın yöneticiye sahip aile şirketlerinde çalışanların liderlik algısı arttıkça, şirkete olan bağımlılıklarının da arttığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. H0 hipotezi reddedilmiştir. Elde edilen bu bilgi ışığında aile işletmelerinde kadın lidere sahip çalışanların işletmeye olan bağlılığının arttığını söyleyebiliriz. Family businesses form the basis of economies. Family businesses, which have such an important place, have problems in transferring and sustainability from generation to generation despite having higher performance than other businesses. By increasing the organizational commitment of the employees, the sustainability problem of the family business can be solved. The most effective way to increase organizational commitment is through the leadership qualities of the manager. The attitude of the individual, who is the manager of the family business, towards the employees will affect the loyalty of the employees in the first place and will increase the productivity of both the employees and the enterprise. Along with the manager leadershipqualities, gender can also affect organizational commitment. The aim of this study is to determine how the leadership characteristics of women managers affect theorganizational commitment of employees in family businesses managed by female managers. In this research, 239 people working in family enterprises in Istanbul were reached. Further analyses were continued with the systematized version of the simple random sampling method and the responses of 102 family company employees whose managers were female. Data were collected by applying the Leadership Perception Scale and Organizational Commitment Scale to the participants. Exploratory factor analysis (AFA) was calculated to determine the validity of the measurement tools for this research and Cronbach alpha internal consistency coefficient was calculated to determine their reliability. Since it was seen that there was no problem in the validity and reliability of the measurement tools, the analyzes were passed and t test was used for the differences between the groups and simple linear regression analysis was used to examine the effect of leadership perception on organizational commitment. As a result of theanalyzes, it was concluded that as the leadership perception of the employees in the family companies with a name of managers increased, their dependence on the company also increased. The H0 hypothesis has been rejected. In the light of this information, we can say that the commitment of employees with female leaders in family businesses has increased.
