Özet
Teknoloji, bilimsel çalışmalardan yola çıkarak yeni bir ürün geliştirmek ve hizmet desteği sağlamak için gerekli bilgi, beceri ve yöntemler bütünü olarak tanımlanabilir. Endüstri Devrimi ile değişen üretim teknikleri, son yıllarda köklü bir değişime sahne olmaktadır. Bilimsel çalışmaların çoğalmasıyla üretim alanlarındaki makineleşme artmakta, üretim yöntemleri değişmektedir. İnsanlar, fabrikada makineleri işleten kişilerden çok, bu makineleri, üretim yöntemlerini, ürünün finans değerlendirmesini, pazarlamasını, tanıtımını tasarlayan kişiler halini almıştır. Teknolojideki gelişmeler ve dönüşümler, çağdaş yaşamı “değişim” kavramının üzerinde ve onu etkileyen faktörlerin eşliğinde yeniden biçimlendirmektedir. Çağdaş mekan olgusu ise iletişim, ulaşım, dolaşıma yönelik ve bunların etkilediği zaman, mekan, yaşam şekillenişi ve etkileşimi ile yeniden tanımlanmaktadır. Çalışma, “değişim” ve “gelişmeyle” özdeşleşen teknoloji kavramının çağdaş yaşam üzerindeki etkisini incelemekte, kullanıcıların çağdaş mekanlardan beklentilerini tartışmaya açmaktadır. Çalışmada, 20. yüzyıl başından beri kendini sürekli yenileyerek tekrarlayan mekan sorunlarına karşılık sunulan güncel çözüm önerileri irdelenmekte ve çağdaş iç mekan oluşumlarının analizleri yapılarak, biçimleniş ilkeleri ortaya konmaya çalışılmaktadır.
Technology can be defined as, devoloping a new product by scientefic studies, and the whole required, skill and method knowledges to service support. Production techniques has changed by the Industrial revolution witnessing radical developments in recent years. The proliferation of scientific studies increases the mechanization in the production process, and make changes in the production methods. People are becoming the ones who manufacturing these machines, making the product evaluation in the financial system, being part of marketing and advertisement process than simple operators in the factories. Technological developments and transformations, reforms contemporary life with the “alteration” notions. Contemporary space is redifined by communication, transportation and circulation by their influence on time, formation of life and interaction. The study examines the effects of technology, which recently becames identical to "change" and "development" on modern life and open a debate on the expectations of users from contemporary spaces. It is put forward the principles of shaping sortings by examing the responses to spatial issues repeating itself begining from the 20. century and examing the contemporary space.
