Özet
Tarihi eser ve yapılar, bulundukları coğrafyanın sosyolojik, ekonomik, kültürel ve politik öğelerini bünyesinde barındırırlar. Bu yapıların korunması ve gelecek kuşaklara aktarılması bilgi sürekliliğinin sağlanması açısından önem taşımaktadır. Doğal afetler, olumsuz çevre koşulları ve fiziksel-kimyasal bozulmaların yanısıra insanoğlunun bu yapılara karşı aldığı tavır zaman ile bir araya geldiğinde tarihi eser ve yapılarda hasar hatta yok olma sürecini kaçınılmaz hale getirmektedir. Tarihi eser ve yapıları bu kaçınılmaz sondan kurtarmak ancak koruma ve restorasyon ile sağlanmaktadır. Bu çalışma kapsamında kültürel varlık tanımı altında kültürel varlık türleri ve korunması konuları ele alınmıştır. Tarihi yapıların onarım ve güçlendirme metotları başığı altında restorasyon ve restorasyon açıklanmıştır. Doğru restorasyon tekniği belirlenmesi ve uygulanması konuları kadar malzemenin de önemi vurgulanarak tarihi yapılarda kullanılan malzeme türleri ve bu malzemelerin özelliklerinin belirlenmesi konuları ele alınmıştır. Tarihi yapı ve eserlere gelebilecek doğal ve yapay etkenler açıklanarak bu durumlara karşı koruma yolları açıklanmıştır. Tüm bu konular ışığında, belirlenen örnek yapı Göztepe İstasyon Lojman Binası restorasyon projesi üzerinden uygun onarım metotları yaklaşımı, kullanılan uygun malzeme ve uygulama teknikleri örneği verilmiştir.
Historical monuments and structures, the sociological, economic, cultural and they embody their political elements. The preservation of these structures and their transfer to future generations is important in terms of ensuring the continuity of information. Natural disasters, adverse environmental conditions and physical-chemical degradation of the structure of the humankind as well as the attitude towards time, together with historical monuments and buildings damaged or even destroyed, the process of being inevitable. Saving historical monuments and structures from this inevitable end is provided only by conservation and restoration. Within the scope of this study, the types of cultural property and protection issues were discussed under the definition of cultural property. Restoration and restoration techniques are explained under the heading of repair and strengthening methods of historical buildings. The importance of the material as well as the determination and application of the correct restoration technique has been emphasized and the types of materials used in historical buildings and the determination of the properties of these materials have been discussed. Natural and artificial factors that may occur to historical buildings and artifacts are explained and ways to protect against these situations are explained. In the light of all these issues, an example of the appropriate repair methods approach, the appropriate materials used and application techniques are given through the restoration project of the Goztepe Station Lodging Building, the sample structure identified.
