| dc.description.abstract | İşletmeler açısından stratejik planlama günümüzde hızla değişen çevreye adapte olunması ve işletme kaynaklarının etkin ve verimli kullanılmasını sağlar. Stratejik planlamanın bütçeleme ile entegreli bir şekilde detaylı olarak yapılması halinde stratejik planlama anlam kazanıp işletme için daha verimli ve etkin kullanımı sağlanmış olacaktır. Stratejik plan ile işletmelerin vizyon, misyon, amaç, plan, politika, GZFT/SWOT analizi, yönetim ve işletme stratejileri ile ilgili değerlendirmelere yer verilmiştir. Stratejik planlama temelinde işletme bütçelerinin entegrasyonu yapılmış, stratejik planlama ile bütçeleme ilişkisinin işletme bütçeleri kavramı ile anlatılmış olup, işletme bütçesinin ilkeleri, işlevleri, süreci, fonksiyonları, aşamalarının neler olduğu, işletme bütçesi oluşturulması ve yönetime raporlanması detaylı olarak ele alınmıştır. Tezin amacı, işletmelerin misyon ve vizyonlarına paralel olarak hazırlanan stratejik planlama doğrultusunda bütçelemenin hazırlanması, nakit akış tablosu, yatırım raporu ve yönetime raporlamanın, finansal modelleme çatısı altında finansal tabloların birbiriyle entegre edilmesidir. Finansal modelleme uygulaması ile işletmelerin amaçlarına ve hedeflerine ulaşmasında risklerin azaltılması, karlılığın artırılması ve işletmelerin ihtiyaçlarına cevap verilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Stratejik planlamanın bir parçası olan bütçeleme ile işletmelerin mevcut ve gelecekteki durumunu ortaya koyarak işletme yönetimini bilinçlendirmek ve yönetim aracı olarak sahip olduğu potansiyel gücü ortaya koymak tezin amaçları arasında yer almaktadır. Çalışmada son olarak örnek bir finansal modelleme uygulama çalışmasına yer verilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In businesses, a strategic plan enables adaptation rapidly changing environment the effective and efficient use of business resources. If strategic planning is integrated with budgeting in detail, it will gain meaning and more efficient and effective use will be provided for the business. The essence issue discussed first in the study with the concept of strategic planning. With the strategic plan, the company's vision, mission, goals, plans, policies, SWOT analysis, management and evaluations of business strategies are included. Based on strategic planning, the integration of the operating budgets has been tried and to understand connection with strategic planning and budget more clearly, business concept operating budgets has been explained, and the principles, functions, processes, functions, stages of the operating budget have been tried to be explained by creating the operating budget and reporting it to the management. The aim of the thesis is to prepare budgeting in line with the strategic planning prepared in parallel with the mission and vision of the enterprises, integrate the cash flow statement, investment report and reporting to management, and financial statements under the umbrella of financial modelling. The financial modelling application aims to reduce risks, increase profitability, and meet the needs of businesses to achieve their goals and objectives. The thesis aims to raise awareness of business management by revealing businesses' current and future situations through budgeting, a part of strategic planning, and to demonstrate its potential power as a management tool. Finally, an example of a financial modelling application study is included. | en_US |
