| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada Devletin, koruması altındaki bakıma muhtaç çocukları evlât edinme ile aile desteği sağlanması hususunda toplumsal farkındalık oluşturmada ve teşvik etmede etkin olmadığı, konuya ilişkin geliştirilen sosyal politikaların karşılaştığı tarihî, dînî, toplumsal, geleneksel ve psikolojik dirençlerin ortaya konmasıyla söz konusu alandaki uygulamaların geliştirilebileceği ve sonuçların iyileştirilebileceği düşünülmektedir. Çalışmanın evlât edinme sürecinde etkili olan toplumsal norm ve yargıların meydana getirdiği dirençlerin araştırılması; elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda geliştirilebilecek sosyal politika önerileri açısından önemli olduğu söylenebilir. Çalışmada yapılan derinlemesine görüşmeler hipotezlerin doğrulanması ya da yanlışlanması hususunda önem arz etmektedir. Hipotezler doğrulandığı takdirde derinlemesine görüşmelerden elde edilen verilerin ışığında, evlât edindirmede sosyal politika uygulamalarına dönük tavsiye niteliğinde, toplumsal değer ve normlar dikkate alınarak gözden geçirilmesini teşvik eden bir çalışma olması plânlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı evlât edinme sürecini olumsuz etkileyen toplumsal ve kültürel, özellikle de dini norm ve değerleri ortaya koymaktır. Bu bağlamda evlât edinme girişiminde bulunmuş olan ailelerle, derinlemesine mülakat yapılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler çeşitli bağımsız değişkenlerle de ilişkilendirilerek söz konusu amaçlar gerçekleştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Giderek etkileri azalsa da bu çalışmada kültürel, ekonomik, nesep / soy, statü ve dînî söylemlerin evlât edinme süreçlerinde hâlâ etkili olduğu iddia edilmektedir. | dc.description.abstract | In this study, It is considered that the state is not effective to create social awareness about and to promote the subject of providing family support to the children in need of care under its protection through adoption and the policies relating to the matter could be improved and the results could be enhanced via revealing the historical, religious, social, traditional and psycological resistances that the developped policies regarding to the subject has encountered. It can be said that this research is important in terms of the investigation of the effects of the social norms and judgments over the adoption processes and the resistance they bring to the scene; the social policy proposal that can be developed in the direction of the findings obtained. In-depth interviews conducted in the study are important to verify or falsify hypotheses. If the hypotheses are confirmed, it is planned that in the light of the data obtained from the in-depth interviews, it is planned to be a research with the quality of recommendation for the application of social policies towards the adoption process and a study which encourages the consideration of social values and norms. The purpose of this study is to reveal the social, cultural and especially religious norms and values that affect the adoption process negatively. In this regard, depth interviews have been done with the families who have had attempted adoption. The aforesaid objectives have been tried to be accomplished through binding the obtained data and various independent variables. It is asserted in this study that the lineage, social status and religious discourses still are effective on the adoption processes even though the effects are decreasing.
