dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada Türkiye'nin 11 Eylül sonrası zeminde NATO ile olan gerek ikili gerekse çok taraflı ilişkileri (özellikle Rusya Federasyonu etkisiyle) mercek altına alınacaktır. Söz konusu ilişkiler neorealist bir çerçeve ile incelenecek ve ardından Rusya ile ilişkiler neticesinde Türk-NATO ilişkilerinin seyri gözlemlenecektir. Başlangıç noktası olarak 11 Eylül saldırılarının seçilmesinin sebebi ise bu tarihten sonra terörle mücadele kavramının dönüşüme uğraması ve ülkelerin ABD ile başlayan süreçte dünyanın farklı coğrafyalarında "ön alıcı savunma" mantığıyla operasyonlar düzenleme hakkını kendilerinde görmeleridir. Dolayısıyla her coğrafya kendi içinde farklı bir parametre meydana getirmekte ve bu da Türk-NATO ilişkilerini derinden etkilemektedir. dc.description.abstractIn this study, Turkey's bilateral and multilateral relations with NATO (especially with the influence of the Russian Federation) in the post-September 11 ground will be scrutinized. These relations will be examined with a neorealist framework, and then the course of Turkish-NATO relations will be observed as a result of relations with Russia. The reason why the September 11 attacks were chosen as the starting point is that after this date, the concept of the fight against terrorism has been transformed and countries have the right to organize operations in different geographies of the world with the logic of "preemptive defense" in the process that started with the USA. Therefore, each geography creates a different parameter within itself and this deeply affects Turkish-NATO relations. Keywords: Turkey, NATO, Neorealism, Russia, Threat Balance.en_US
